Competitive Play
Travel Teams That Compete at the Top
Maximum Impact travel teams are built for athletes who are ready to take their game to the next level. We give players the experience, exposure, and coaching they need to stand out. We are now building our 10u team from the ground up!
The Program
More Than a Team. A Development Program.
For years Max Impact has been a staple for softball travel teams in the area. After a year long break we are back in the game with a 10u select team that was chosen by certain characteristics: -players who want to Train with Max Impact -players/parents who Trust Max Impact -parents that enjoy the game -being competitive -No overstepping and negativity!!! With our experience we know what it takes to produce quality teams selected based on parents/players that will trust the process and keep a positive environment!!! Our main goal is to develop today's youth and help them grow as individuals to be better people at home, in the community and at life!!! We want to train leaders not followers!!! This day and age some coaches/organizations want numbers more than quality. We would rather have quality more than numbers. No team will have more than 11 players and practices will be fully thought out. Also we like to play!!! We take travel serious and our organizational skills are second to none. We have developed a process through years of learning. We know if you keep the players experience at a high level you're doing something right. And yes it is travel and we play to win!!! Our travel program combines high level competition with intentional player development. Every athlete on a Max Impact travel team receives structured coaching and individual feedback — not just game reps. Most importantly they keep having FUN!!!
Why Maximum Impact
What Sets Our Travel Program Apart? we have a no nonsense policy! we do not want to associate ourselves with negativity. our programs will promote the players in a positive environment. each player will grow in the game and become better on and off the field.
